A short video of the Apostles Creed.

  • We believe that all the words of Scripture, as originally given, were inspired by God. (2 Tim. 3:16; 1 Cor. 2:13).
  • We believe that God has revealed Himself as One God existing in three persons–Father, Son and Holy Spirit--distinguishable but indivisible (Mat. 28:19; 2 Cor. 13:14).
  • We believe in the creation and the test and fall of man as recorded in Genesis, which led to man's total depravity and inability to attain righteousness on his own (Rom. 5:12; Rom. 5:18).
  • We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles and healings, in His atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
  • We believe in the salvation of sinners by grace through repentance and faith in the perfect and sufficient work of the cross of Calvary by which we obtain remission of sins (Eph. 2:8-9; Heb. 9:12; Heb. 9:22; Rom. 5:11).
  • We believe in water baptism for the believer in order to fulfill the command of Christ (Mat. 28:19; Acts 2:37-41; Gal. 3:14).
  • We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit as an experience subsequent to salvation as is given to all believers who in faith ask for it (Acts 2:1-4; Acts 8:14-17, Acts 10:44-46; Gal. 3:14).
  • We believe in the operation of the gifts of the Spirit as manifested in the early church (1 Cor 12-14).
  • We believe in Eternal Life for the believer (John 5:24; John 3:16) and Eternal punishment for the unbeliever (Mark 9:43-50; 2 Thes. 1:9).

If you are not a believer and would like to be, pray. If you do not know how here is a model pray for you:

If you prayed that prayer you are now a born-again believer. Congratulations and welcome home! The next step you need to take is getting baptized in water for the remission of your sins. No, we're not being all religious, but even Jesus did this as an example for us to follow. Not because He had sin in His life. Next find a church and get plugged in! You need other believers in your life.
